Max Herman is Assistant Vice President of Operations at IMA. As the first member of the 4th generation of the Herman family to join IMA, he brings a fresh global perspective and Fortune 500 experience to the leadership team. His primary focus is on evolving IMA’s customized insurance solutions, while remaining true to the client-first stance central to our approach for the last 100 years. Prior to joining IMA, Max was Assistant Vice President, Client Advisor at Marsh, Inc. where he specialized in global risk management for complex accounts, especially in the Real Estate, Manufacturing and Transportation sectors. Max began his career at Ryan Specialty Group in Chicago, and is a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington.
