Jim Gibson

Sales Executive

Jim is a Sales Executive at Insurance Marketing Agencies, specializing in the brewing, restaurant, contracting, property management and technology industries. Prior to joining IMA, he owned & operated a brewery & restaurant, giving him unique insight into the needs of his clients. He began his career as a financial advisor. Jim is a graduate of UMass Amherst, and holds a certification in financial planning from Boston University. He is currently working on a degree in Software Development and Cyber Security.

Steve Ryan

Claims Team Lead

Steve leads our claim department. He is passionate about learning and educating others about risk management. He teaches a claim course at MAIA, to help other insurance agents better serve our community. Personally, he enjoys calculated risk: skydiving, SCUBA, whitewater raftering, ultralight flying. Mostly, he enjoys kayaking a fog-laden river as dawn breaks or hiking and scrambling up the side of a mountain. Being part of nature.
