Claims
Protection is what insurance is all about. IMA employs a full-time staff dedicated to helping you from start to finish should you suffer a loss. Our claims department will file your claim promptly with your carrier and will continue to monitor the progress of your claim through to completion. From the first notice to final settlement we will be with you all the way. Report claims as soon as possible.
